The NON_FATAL_BINARIES_WITH_MISSING_LIBRARY
description in default.conf is insufficient:
It should mention the generic methods via COPY_AS_IS
REQUIRED_PROGS and LIBS to get actually missing stuff
into the recovery system, cf.
