Description of the changes in this pull request:

This PR add support for dbus-broker in the rescue environment if present on the host and some minor tweaks for the dbus.socket unit.

I am afraid in foreseeable future I have no time for ReaR.
There are endless sequences of security related issues
in various other software which take all my time away,
cf. "ad nauseam" in
https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:CUPS_and_SANE_Firewall_settings
