Missing mdadm.conf file

Related to issue #1722

Script build/default/502_include_mdadm_conf.sh
does not cover /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf file.
During the recreation of the md devices we get a busy error
probably due to this mdadm.conf file not being present.
