#116 Issue closed: Improve GPL header where possible

Labels: cleanup

Currently, some files still have a large GPL header at the top. But most files do not have a GPL header at all. We should probably look at what the GNU project is recommending for this. I think a single line is sufficient for files and the complete GPL license in the root of the project should be sufficient.

Propose when we edit a script we add/rewrite the GPL line - will not do in mass.

Sounds good to me. Let's add the "official" GPL line to use somewhere in
our dev docs.
