The ISO image is becoming too big to mail:

Apr 29 09:19:16 witsbebelnx02 postfix/postdrop[1587]: warning: uid=0: File too large
Apr 29 11:19:16 witsbebelnx02 postfix/sendmail[1583]: fatal: root(0): message file too big
