this patch is related to issue #480: "rear recover stopped by mdadm and
udev"
I found rear is tried to maintain compatibility of RHEL4 which doesn't
have "udevadm" command.
so the patch emulate the same behavior. but I don't have RHEL4 machines
so I can not test it.
