added check for vaild BACKUP_URL schemes

currently 'nfs' 'cifs' 'usb' 'tape' 'file' 'sshfs' are valid
according to the comment in 05_check_NETFS_requirements.sh

I assigned this to you because I would like that you
check if my list of valid BACKUP_URL schemes
is complete to avoid possible regressions
if I missed a valid BACKUP_URL scheme.
