Added SLE12-SP2-btrfs-example.conf
with POST_RECOVERY_SCRIPT that implements btrfs quota
setup for snapper if that is used in the original system,
see https://github.com/rear/rear/issues/999

I just merge it into rear:dev because an additional example config file
cannot cause any regression.

With direct commit 30f2e807384d8c397dc4faaaf6fde98b559bbba3
I fixed a typo in last (comment) line in SLE12-SP2-btrfs-example.conf:
"SLE12-SP1" must be "SLE12-SP2".
