This patch allows USB boot with GPT partition type.
See issue #1153 for more details.

@gdha I hope ReaR 2.0 release is finished and freeze period is over.
If there are any problems with this patch, I can cancel it and recreate later ...

I think ReaR 2.0 is released now
so that this one could be "just merged".
