#1462 Issue closed: /etc/tuned/bootcmdline file used by grub2-mkconfig but is missing

  • rear version (/usr/sbin/rear -V): 2.2
  • OS version (cat /etc/rear/os.conf or lsb_release -a): rhel7
  • rear configuration files (cat /etc/rear/site.conf or cat /etc/rear/local.conf): n/a
  • Are you using legacy BIOS or UEFI boot? BIOS
  • Brief description of the issue: /etc/tuned/bootcmdline is read by grub2-mkconfig but is missing in ReaR rescue environment and as result we may have a different kernel after recovery
  • Work-around, if any: add /etc/tuned directory it prep/GNU/Linux/300_include_grub_tools.sh script
