Renamed DIRECTORIES_TO_CREATE into
DIRECTORY_ENTRIES_TO_RECOVER according to
https://github.com/rear/rear/pull/1513#discussion_r141318652

Plus a fix for that in 400_verify_tsm.sh
and - by the way - some code cleanup therein.

I need your review here because somehow it happened
that I could not resist to do additionally "just by the way"

if you are not against it, I would like to merge it tomorrow.
Otherwise I can easily revert my "accidental" cleanups in
400_verify_tsm.sh.
