motd unconditioned¶

makes lib/recover-workflow.sh (over)-write /etc/motd unconditioned
even on the original system in simulation mode:

# wc /etc/motd
0 0 0 /etc/motd

# usr/sbin/rear -s recover
...
Simulation mode activated ...

# cat /etc/motd
