When performing rear recover,
Unable to load any kernel modules like nfs, zfs etc., automatically
We need to load kernel modules manually when in rescue mode

@shaikdba Try once with removing the lines starting with MODULES, MODULES_LOAD and EXTRA_KERNEL_MODULES in your /etc/rear/local.conf file.
