The purpose is to get rid of the ASCIIdoc format and have all our documentation in Markdown format including man-page and (internal) User Guide.

Note: automatic package building will fail until this PR has been merged as ronn is not part of the docker builds yet (it will after this PR has been merged). However, we let first do the spelling checker do is job.
